E-Front Senior Business Analyst - Private Capital

Description

The role sits in a long-term programme for a top-tier banking client that uses and integrates eFront (BlackRock), a leading platform for alternative investments such as private equity, real estate and private debt, with the client's core systems.

The company is an international consulting group focused on innovation and business transformation through technology, with over 7,200 consultants in 21 countries, a turnover of €850M, and headquarters in Paris. Over the past 22 years it has built a strong presence in IT and consulting, and it is on track to reach €1 billion in revenue this year.

The company works across data and technology, cloud and application services such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS and IBM Maximo, and management and innovation consulting, with major clients in transport and logistics, financial services, energy and utilities, retail, and media and telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse requirements from business stakeholders, IT teams and the vendor, then turn them into functional specifications.
• Take ownership of the functional design of eFront solutions and of their links with upstream and downstream systems.
• Document changes, set acceptance criteria, and carry out impact and cost-benefit analyses.
• Write test plans and test data, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Help investigate production issues and find their root causes.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with eFront Invest (FrontInvest) is essential.
• 5+ years working as an IT business analyst or functional analyst in financial services.
• Solid understanding of private equity and real estate, fund administration, closed-ended fund structures, capital calls and distributions.
• SQL skills for analysing data.
• Fluent English, C1 level.
• Experience with eFront Data Warehouse, eFront reporting, UCITS, FA, TA, custody, and Agile working using Jira and Confluence.

Conditions

Hybrid working based in Warsaw. You must commute to the office or relocate.
