Description

The role is Director, Product Management (PXDP60) on the Inner Loop team, which owns the Context Ecosystem that shapes how engineers write, test and ship code at scale.

You will set the enterprise direction for the Context Ecosystem and build the measurement frameworks that engineering leaders use to decide where to invest.

You will oversee a set of data products that measure how well context works across the software development lifecycle.

The focus is on turning developer experience metrics into system-level changes that help the company build software faster, with higher quality and less friction.

The team wants an executive product leader who cares deeply about measurement methodology and can drive large organizational impact.

Product leadership at the company is assessed across five areas: putting the human customer first, delivering business outcomes through leverage and execution, using technology to build resilient solutions with near and long term value, solving complex problems while managing product risk, and leading cross-functional teams toward customer outcomes and shared alignment.

  • Define the measurement frameworks that executive engineering leaders use to direct strategic investment.
  • Oversee a portfolio of data products that quantify context effectiveness across the software development lifecycle.
