Description

The company builds AI-enabled intelligence and workflow products that help healthcare organizations make better decisions, run operations more effectively, and support better patient outcomes.

The platform links health systems and post-acute providers, improving how care is coordinated across the continuum.

This is a Director of Marketing role that owns the full marketing function as the company moves into its next growth stage. Scope covers demand generation, brand, content, communications, and internal marketing across a multi-product portfolio serving three markets: Post-Acute, Specialty Therapy and HME, and Health Systems.

The leader will run the marketing engine, balance pipeline goals across all three markets, build AI into team workflows, and advance several high-stakes projects at the same time.

The team describes itself as collaborative, curious, and focused on measurable impact. People move quickly, support one another, keep commitments, and keep looking for better ways to serve customers and each other.

The company is an AI-powered intelligence and workflow platform for health systems and post-acute providers. It combines market intelligence, referral workflows, discharge automation, and care coordination tools, built on billions of data points across claims, referrals, discharge, and clinical data.

The company launched its first product in 2016. It now supports more than 17,000 customers and more than 63,000 users. It is headquartered in Atlanta, with a growing presence in Philadelphia and team members across the country.

Hybrid role. Reports to the EVP, Customer Growth and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline as the main measure of success, delivering pipeline that is predictable, scalable, repeatable, and converts to revenue in every market.
  • Set and meet pipeline targets for each market (Post-Acute, Specialty Therapy and HME, Health Systems) and each product, directing spend toward the largest gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and improve pipeline channels, including paid digital, SEM, website, email, and webinars. Fix underperforming channels and launch new plays as buyer behavior changes.
  • Build demand programs that support BDR and sales activity, and tighten handoffs so marketing activity becomes qualified pipeline.
  • Embed AI in marketing workflows, including content production, campaign creation, audience research, personalization, and performance reporting, so a small team can produce what a much larger one would.
  • Set the standard for AI-first marketing at the company by adopting new tools and redesigning processes around them.
  • Build deep knowledge of the products, buyers, markets, and competitors, and turn it into clear positioning across the Insights and CRM portfolio.
  • Keep messaging consistent across divisions and segments, working with Product and Product Marketing to take new capabilities to market.
  • Own the processes and analytics that measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI of marketing spend, and use data to decide where budget goes.
  • Work with RevOps to maintain pipeline reporting and attribution that leadership can trust.
  • Manage agency and contractor relationships, including expectations and budgets.
  • Coach, develop, and hold a pipeline-focused marketing team accountable, improving their skills and output through project management, AI, and process best practices.
  • Build a high-performing test-and-learn culture that measures results and improves continuously.
  • Work closely with Sales, BDRs, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, and Product Marketing to align messaging, tighten handoffs, and turn programs into closed revenue.
  • Advance several strategic and execution projects at once without letting the pipeline number slip.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with a record of driving demand and generating pipeline. SaaS experience is preferred, including leading a marketing function or demand generation team.
  • Proven ability to own and meet a pipeline number, and comfort being measured on it.
  • Real working fluency with AI marketing tools, and a clear record of using AI to raise a team's output and quality.
  • Experience marketing a multi-product portfolio across more than one market or buyer type, and balancing competing demand goals.
  • Proven results acquiring, nurturing, and converting buyers through multi-channel programs, including digital, paid, email, web, webinars, and events.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a record of building and developing team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You combine qualitative and quantitative insight to tell a clear story and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude, Salesforce, and Marketo.
  • Ability to work across strategy and execution, keep several projects moving, and act with a bias toward action.
  • Excellent communication, curiosity, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: experience marketing to healthcare providers, suppliers, or other healthcare buyers.
  • Preferred: familiarity with post-acute care, specialty therapy, HME, or value-based care markets.
  • Preferred: experience marketing both analytics and CRM or workflow products.
  • Preferred: experience scaling demand generation in a growth-stage or PE/VC-backed company.
