Digital Project Manager

Description

This midweight role sits in the digital production team and covers display, social and OLV delivery, with lead responsibility for high-priority projects.

You will be the team's subject matter expert on digital production, supporting and mentoring Assistant Producers and sharing knowledge across the group.

You will work alongside the Senior Producer to review processes, improve efficiency and streamline workflows while delivering priority work.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital campaigns and wider departmental initiatives from start to finish.
• Own projects from brief to final delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, and internal and external approvals.
• Advise Campaign teams on the right delivery approach and help solve technical and production problems.
• Keep resource, project status and budget trackers accurate and current.
• Support, mentor and develop Assistant Producers so they progress in their roles.
• Make sure all work follows the company's production, governance and approval processes.
• Work with Resource Managers to secure enough people for each project and budget for any backfill or extra support.

Requirements

• Experience in digital production, project management or a creative agency, including substantial work on Display, Social and OLV formats.
• Experience delivering digital campaigns through Google Campaign Manager/DoubleClick and or Innovid.
• Solid grasp of the technical specifications for programmatic display, paid social and OLV.
• Clear understanding of the full digital production cycle, from briefing and scoping through build, approvals, trafficking and delivery.
• Strong project management and organisation skills, with the ability to juggle several projects, priorities and deadlines at once.
• Confidence working directly with stakeholders, giving clear advice and setting expectations throughout production.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to support, motivate and bring out the best in colleagues, including more junior team members.

Conditions

Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office.

Based at the group headquarters in Osterley, a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane station, with free shuttle buses from Osterley, Gunnersbury and Ealing Broadway stations.
