Description

The company runs a platform for culture and live entertainment, reaching over 300 million people a month in more than 55 countries. It also gives event creators data and technology to grow and improve their events.

The company has worked with large industry names, including Netflix, F.C. Barcelona and Primavera Sound, and has presented award-winning experiences. It is backed by several major global investors.

The team is looking for hands-on people who want to help shape the future of live entertainment.

This role manages large events from the point the sales and legal teams have signed the commercial contract until the event is fully closed out.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full life cycle of large events, from the signed commercial contract to final closing.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, from the event organizer to every internal team involved.
  • Lead the process overall while working as part of a team, making sure work lands on time and in the right form by directing other departments' tasks.
  • Pass product (Fever usability) and process needs to headquarters, and work with product and engineering to deliver them.
  • Consolidate all requirements into one list and prioritize them with the product team.
  • Build and maintain a detailed Q&A so the user support team can answer potential user issues.
  • Make sure every requirement needed to reach project goals has the documentation it needs.
  • Depending on the event, you may need to be on site for the launch or other key dates.

Requirements

  • You have a degree and a project management background. You work well in a fast-paced setting and are flexible, detail-oriented, analytical and organized.
  • You are entrepreneurial and combine project management with operational experience. You can coordinate other departments to deliver requirements on time, produce results in unclear situations, and keep a sharp eye on details while spotting issues others miss.
  • You have 6+ years in project management or consulting. Events backgrounds alone do not qualify, though event experience is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English and German. Other languages are a plus.
  • You love learning and pick up new skills quickly. You have strong analytical, relationship management and organizational skills.
  • You find problem areas and build plans to resolve them.
  • You communicate clearly and have a record of building good working relationships.
  • You are highly organized and efficient.
  • You are curious and willing to push boundaries and test new ideas.
  • You can communicate with event partners, brands, agencies and talent about their efforts.
  • You can think strategically from an events partnership brief or from the company's proprietary data on which events perform.
  • You can manage large workloads and several parallel work streams.
  • You are collaborative and willing to get hands-on with any task an event requires.
  • Experience with promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
  • A strong academic background is a plus.

Conditions

The role is full-time and hybrid, with a home office option.

The office is in the heart of the city, and travel across the company's markets is possible.

The company is committed to equal opportunity and welcomes applicants regardless of background or personal characteristics. Candidates who need accommodation during selection can contact the Talent team.

Benefits

  • A 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences.
  • Gympass membership.
  • Responsibility from day one, with room for professional and personal growth.
  • Work alongside a young, international team of talented people.
  • Real impact at a high-growth global category leader.
