Digital Operations Solutions AD Business Analyst (Temp Agency)

Description

This is a temporary business analyst role in Getafe (Madrid), placed through a staffing agency at professional level in the digital job family.

Responsibilities

• Run detailed discovery sessions to understand the customer's complex business needs and operational goals, and suggest where automation fits.
• Find weak points in business processes and propose IT solutions that match the IT strategy.
• Help the IT Product Manager plan products and services around customer requirements.
• Write up current problems, future needs and expected benefits in a form the customer can use.
• Draft the specification documents needed and review them with stakeholders and product team members.
• Track external business trends to test and sharpen business requirements.
• Act as the link between product management and technical staff during development and rollout, so the delivered solution stays sound.

Requirements

• A degree in a related field.
• At least 2 years of work in the area.
• Practical background in this field.
• Skill in impact analysis and problem solving.
• Familiarity with scientific and technological laboratories.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Spot possible compliance risks and act with integrity, since the company treats this as central to its success, reputation and long-term growth.
