DevOps Engineer - New Grad (January 2027)

Responsibilities

• Help deploy and maintain Azure cloud environments.
• Help build and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Write automation and scripts in Python, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
• Help support CI/CD pipelines built on GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Help with cloud networking, covering VNets, Private Endpoints, DNS, and NSGs.
• Contribute to cloud security, monitoring, and day-to-day operational practices.
• Work with teammates on cloud modernization and automation projects.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with Bicep.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with PowerShell or shell scripting.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts, with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and VNets.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Optional: knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Kubernetes, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Storage (ADLS Gen2), API Management (APIM), monitoring concepts, and Azure AI or machine learning concepts is an asset.

Conditions

The expected pay range for this role is $60,000 to $92,000.
