The company is a global infrastructure consulting firm working in water, environment, energy, transportation and buildings for public and private clients. It is a Fortune 500 company with over 50,000 staff and reported revenue of $16.1 billion for fiscal year 2025.

  • Help track, manage and communicate project changes inside the company and to clients.
  • Work up to standing in as backup for the Design Manager when asked.
  • Set up internal and external design meetings on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and other client platforms.
  • Chase action items with internal teams so they close on time.
  • Send client communications and internal updates so everyone stays aligned.
  • Keep RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions and tracking logs organized.
  • Update spreadsheets, dashboards, trackers and internal and external reporting tools.
  • Help with specification edits, data entry and updates in internal reporting systems.
  • Design new tracking methods and suggest process improvements.
  • Keep project files accurate and accessible across SharePoint, MS Teams, Google Drive and Box.
  • Make sure QA/QC sets, daily prints and deliverables are prepared and filed correctly.
  • Help compile and organize final deliverables before submission.
  • Support Design and Project Managers on technical and financial proposals for new projects and for add, move and change work on data centers.

Requirements

  • Minimum: a bachelor's degree plus 4 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalent experience and/or education.
  • Minimum: at least 2 years working at A/E firms.
  • Preferred: a bachelor's degree in architecture, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
