  • Help improve the warehouse's performance and capabilities.
  • Help write documentation for data models, processes and system designs.
  • Help improve data quality and documentation with DBT and Great Expectations.
  • Help automate manual tasks and streamline data workflows.
  • Track new trends in data warehousing and Snowflake.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong interest in data engineering and cloud data architectures.
  • Fluent English.
  • Foundational knowledge of data systems, ETL or database design. Coursework is acceptable.
  • Internship, academic project or equivalent hands-on work with data tools (a plus).
  • Preferred: basic grasp of analytical and dimensional modeling.
  • Preferred: strong SQL fundamentals.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses.
  • Preferred: exposure to DBT, Airflow, Git or Docker (a plus).
  • Preferred: experience with relational database concepts.
  • Preferred: introductory Python for data workflows.
  • Preferred: strong communication and willingness to learn in a quick-moving setting.
  • Preferred: organized and proactive.
  • Preferred: works well with cross-functional teams.

  • Nice to have: basic Terraform or infrastructure-as-code knowledge.
  • Nice to have: Docker as a development environment.

Conditions

The anticipated annual base salary is 139,200 to 208,800 RON for the stated work location, reflecting expected pay at the time of posting.
