Description

The role sits in the EMEA data operations team and reports to the Head of Data Operations EMEA. It supports the transformation and improvement of real estate data capabilities across Europe.

You will run cross-functional projects with Research, Business Intelligence, Data Operations and several business lines. The company is moving toward wider use of artificial intelligence, and you will help improve tools, processes and data quality across the whole data lifecycle, from entry and capture to reporting and how teams use the data.

Responsibilities

  • Run data projects across EMEA, including those that use AI and automation.
  • Take innovation and transformation projects from scoping through to measurable business results.
  • Find and put in place ways to improve data tools and processes, so business performance and analytics get stronger.
  • Organise real estate data so Business, Research and Transaction Services teams get the most value from it.
  • Improve each stage of the data lifecycle, from entry and capture through to reporting and how Research, Business and BI teams use the output.
  • Keep data quality high by investigating, checking and fixing problems on your own.
  • Help roll out new tools and processes with proper change management, including training, communication plans and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Spot resistance to change early and adjust rollout plans for each business line and its level of data maturity.
  • Build and keep working relationships with Research, Data, Innovation and Business teams in France and across EMEA.
  • Report project progress, risks and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and non-technical readers, including steering committee updates.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, real estate, project management, applied data or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, consulting, data project management or operations, with regular use of AI tools in business processes.
  • A record of leading transformation or change projects on your own, including adoption of tools and processes across several stakeholder groups.
  • A solid grasp of data models and structures, and working knowledge of SQL to query, check and troubleshoot data alone.
  • Strong written and spoken communication, able to turn technical data issues into plain business language.
  • A genuine interest in automation and AI, with examples of identifying and piloting practical use cases such as workflow automation, AI-assisted data entry or QA, and RPA.
  • Strong organisation and coordination skills, and comfort handling several projects at once.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work well in an international, multicultural setting.
  • Native or advanced French, and professional English at B2 to C1 level.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior data or analytics staff would be an advantage.
  • A good understanding of the French commercial real estate market would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL and Power Automate would be an advantage.
  • A project management certification (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) is nice to have.
