  • Help bring new data sources into the reporting environment with technical teams, improving availability, reliability and quality.
  • Analyse workplace, operational, supplier and financial performance data to find trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Respond quickly to ad hoc analysis requests from the client and the Workplace Management leadership team.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews, executive reporting and contract governance reporting with accurate analysis and insight.
  • Run benchmarking and comparative analysis to find continuous improvement opportunities across Workplace Management services.
  • Test new reporting features and dashboard releases against agreed requirements before they go live.
  • Evaluate and help implement BI platform enhancements that improve reporting and meet the account's changing needs.
  • Maintain reporting documentation, business rules, data definitions, user guides and methods.
  • Find places where BI and better reporting can improve efficiency, service and commercial value across the contract.
  • Provide analysis for business cases, investment proposals and improvement initiatives.
  • Identify trends in workplace utilisation, supplier performance and operational delivery to support commercial decisions.
  • Make sure all reporting follows agreed data governance standards, contract obligations and information security requirements.
  • Work closely with the Data Governance Manager so reporting uses trusted, validated and consistent data.
