Reconcile key commercial and customer metrics with financial reporting so the whole organization works from one consistent source.
Follow the data security and privacy standards set by Technology, including how customer PII is handled.
DTC and subscription analytics: analyze acquisition, retention, churn, cohorts, lifetime value and acquisition cost to find profitable growth.
Report on subscription health, including subscriber behavior, retention trends, and the economics of new versus existing customers.

Work with eCommerce, Growth and Finance leaders to turn customer and commercial findings into strategies and investment decisions.
Marketing measurement and experimentation: measure marketing effectiveness through attribution, marketing mix modeling, incrementality and other methods to guide spending.

Turn test results and performance data into clear recommendations that improve growth, efficiency and profit.
Business systems intelligence and AI: build automated, AI-enabled reporting, including dashboards, self-serve analytics and AI assistants that run on governed metrics, so leaders get answers in minutes rather than days.
