Description

You will own end-to-end marketing for the Respiratory indications of the company's immunology medicine, aiming to grow its sales across Central and South Europe.

This role sits in the Specialty Care team, based in Warsaw, Poland, and is full-time and hybrid.

The immunology franchise is a major growth area for the company, with a target of €100 million in this region and high double-digit growth expected in every market.

New Respiratory indications are coming, so the work centres on successful launches and bold, new go-to-market ideas, developed closely with regional and global colleagues.

Specialty Care develops treatments for immune conditions, rare diseases, cancers and neurological conditions, aimed at patients with the greatest unmet needs.

The company is an R&D-driven biopharma business that uses AI. It develops medicines and vaccines based on its deep knowledge of the immune system and its pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Turn the global brand strategy for the Respiratory indications into local plans that help countries across Central and South Europe grow.
  • Build and manage the business plan and budget for these indications, supporting forecasts and planning to maximise sales and operating income.
  • Design omnichannel engagement plans and the content that supports them, working with marketing, medical, legal, compliance and regulatory colleagues.
  • Combine country brand plans, insights and data into one regional brand plan, and help each country carry it out well.
  • Prepare and support upcoming Respiratory launches, including new ways to reach healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Produce market and competitor insights, and use analytics to refine channels and focus effort on what drives growth.
  • Introduce new digital tools, platforms and channels, with a strong emphasis on AI, and train marketing and commercial teams to use them.

Requirements

  • Proven marketing experience in pharma, covering digital, customer-facing and new go-to-market approaches, with exposure to an international setting, market access and finance.
  • Strong brand management, content editorial and medico-marketing skills, plus solid analytical, P&L and scenario planning abilities.
  • Ability to link global strategy to local execution and to influence stakeholders, from global teams to sales forces and external partners.
  • An entrepreneurial, curious mindset, comfortable questioning the status quo and testing new ways to hit business goals.
  • Skill in coaching, empowering and developing others, and in building an engaging, collaborative environment across countries.
  • Fluent English.

Conditions

Full-time role, hybrid, based in Warsaw, Poland.

Salary range is zł235,200 to zł313,600.

Final pay depends on experience, skills, location and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible for company benefit programmes.

The company provides equal opportunities regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, ability or gender identity.

Benefits

  • Work on breakthrough treatments for immune conditions, rare diseases, cancers and neurological conditions, with a direct role in how a leading immunology franchise reaches patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Build your career through stretch roles, cross-functional moves and international mobility across functions, regions and the full product lifecycle.
  • Use digital and AI tools that help you engage customers in new ways at a biopharma company that is changing how it works.
  • Well-rounded rewards, including top-tier healthcare, flexible working and 14 weeks of gender-neutral parental leave.
