Description

The team works for a company that designs, builds and runs growth systems for competitive businesses, helping clients connect strategy to execution in business transformation and marketing modernisation.

The company has around 12,000 specialists in engineering and platforms, commerce, consulting, content transformation, CRM and CX, operating across more than 40 markets.

The company was recognised in the Forrester Wave as a leader in Commerce Services and CX Strategy Consulting.

You will join the Design Team to shape the website experience for a client, creating content for campaigns, vehicle launches and landing pages. The role sits in a multidisciplinary team alongside UX, UI and content specialists, with senior oversight on complex work.

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging and consistent content across digital touchpoints, with a focus on key vehicle and nameplate updates and landing pages.
  • Work with designers to map user journeys and define flows, then build content-led landing page wireframes and prototypes in Figma.
  • Apply usability principles and keep tone of voice consistent from discovery through to detail pages and calls to action.
  • Build accessibility into content through plain language, heading structure, descriptive links and alternative text, working with designers and developers.
  • Work day to day with UX and UI designers, researchers, product owners and developers to build, test and improve customer experiences.
  • Audit existing content journeys, spot friction points and find chances to keep improving.
  • Work with researchers to form hypotheses, plan content tests, take part in user testing and use the findings to refine copy.
  • Follow and help develop the design system, taxonomy and content guidelines so content stays consistent across squads.
  • Receive prioritisation support from a senior lead or delivery manager when balancing workstreams.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in content design, UX writing or digital copywriting for customer-facing digital products or platforms.
  • A portfolio with practical examples such as user journeys, wireframes, content testing or changes made from user data.
  • Confident working in Figma to wireframe flows, prototype solutions and annotate files with clear documentation.
  • A solid grasp of usability heuristics and accessibility standards such as WCAG, plus clear typography, hierarchy and assistive technology compatibility.
  • Experience using quantitative metrics and qualitative research to guide and justify content decisions.
  • The ability to explain your content reasoning clearly to design, product, brand and marketing colleagues.
  • Meticulous attention to grammar, terminology and tone of voice consistency.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and how they can speed up and improve content design work.
  • A degree or equivalent practical experience in English, journalism, communications, human-computer interaction (HCI), UX design or a related field.
  • If you know some of this, even better: digital copywriters should show user-centred decisions, testing or iteration in their work.
  • If you know some of this, even better: experience in automotive, luxury or large-scale digital retail platforms.
  • If you know some of this, even better: a recognised content design certification or formal UX training.
  • If you know some of this, even better: experience with content auditing, taxonomy or information architecture for product catalogues or nameplate-driven sites.
