Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with Workday or a similar enterprise HR system, covering reporting, testing, troubleshooting and operational support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex data, identify root causes and design workable fixes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including explaining technical topics clearly and influencing decisions across different audiences.
  • Sets you apart: experience supporting or owning financial accruals, reconciliations, payroll, accounting support or financial reporting.
  • Sets you apart: advanced knowledge of Workday Compensation, including configuration, testing, reporting and issue resolution.
  • Sets you apart: experience running root cause analysis across several systems, data sources and business processes.
  • Sets you apart: knowledge of compensation, Total Rewards, payroll or wider HR operations and how they depend on each other.
  • Sets you apart: experience leading process optimisation that improves efficiency, reduces risk and strengthens controls.
  • Sets you apart: familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Workday reporting, Cognos, Power BI or similar platforms.
