Description

The company is a luxury group with Houses in jewelry, watches and high-end accessories. Each Maison keeps its own style, quality and craftsmanship heritage, and the group also designs new products that fit those values.

The DevOps Service Enablement team is the main client-facing entry point for everyone who works with Cloud & DevOps. You will represent the service to business and technology stakeholders, learn what they need, make their expectations clear, and point them to the right path: a standard offering, guided enablement, or a tailored solution.

The role combines business analysis, stakeholder relationship management, technical advice and promotion of the Cloud & DevOps services. You will help improve the quality of incoming requests, make the service delivery lifecycle more visible, push teams to use standard service blueprints, and keep stakeholders informed and followed up on.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main contact for Maisons, product teams, application teams and internal stakeholders who work with Cloud & DevOps.
  • Build trust through open communication, practical guidance and regular follow-up.
  • Learn each stakeholder's business context, priorities, constraints, maturity and goals.
  • Represent Cloud & DevOps in a structured, customer-focused way.
  • Build relationships with Maisons, product teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Turn complex stakeholder needs into clear, actionable Cloud & DevOps service requirements.
  • Advise on available services, packaged solutions, standard patterns and self-service options.
  • Steer stakeholders to the best path: standard offerings, Internal Developer Portal self-service, guided enablement or tailored delivery.
  • Promote standard offerings and make sure stakeholders know the prerequisites, responsibilities and readiness criteria.
  • Assess stakeholder maturity and spot obstacles to using a service successfully before they appear.
  • Coordinate smoothly with DevOps Services, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps Platform, Cloud Governance & Architecture, Enterprise Integration and delivery teams.
  • Help define and align guardrails, readiness criteria, approval processes, cost controls and governance rules for services in the Cloud & DevOps catalog.
  • Find recurring stakeholder pain points and drive improvements to processes, documentation, communication and service adoption.
  • Help produce reports on demand status, lead times, service adoption, self-service use and process efficiency.
  • Improve transparency, predictability and professionalism across the demand and service lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a client-facing role such as service enablement, business analysis, technical consulting, customer success, application delivery or service management.
  • Proven ability to engage business and technical stakeholders and turn complex needs into clear requirements and plans.
  • Experience coordinating and driving initiatives across several teams.
  • Strong customer focus, with clear communication and good follow-up.
  • Experience commercializing managed or centralized services in a company of similar size and complexity is a significant plus.
  • Solid working knowledge of Cloud & DevOps, enough to understand stakeholder needs, ask sharp questions, challenge assumptions and map requirements to the right service path.
  • Practical understanding of leading cloud platforms (for example AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud).
  • Understanding of cloud and DevOps service models.
  • Kubernetes, containers and modern application deployment concepts.
  • CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code and automation principles.
  • Cloud security, governance, cost control and architecture guardrails.
  • Service management, demand management and delivery lifecycle concepts.
  • Internal Developer Portals, self-service models and packaged service offerings.
  • Hands-on implementation skills are not required, but you must have enough technical credibility to work with business stakeholders, product teams and technical teams.
