Client Solutions Architect

Description

The company is expanding its Applied AI Solutions consulting work and its AI Accelerator Platform with enterprise clients, and is hiring a Client Solutions Architect for its US team.

This is a client-facing role that influences revenue, sitting between strategy, technology and commercial work. You will work closely with Sales and Delivery leadership to shape enterprise deals, test outcomes through proof engagements, and build platform-based programs that can scale.

This is not a standard pre-sales engineering role, and it is not a delivery-only architect role. You will work as an individual contributor with a commercial target, winning and closing meaningful business while keeping the trust of senior technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn complicated client problems into structured engagements built around outcomes.
• Work with Sales and Delivery on strategic accounts.
• Run early discovery conversations with enterprise clients.
• Shape solution approaches that fit the company's AI, Data and Modernization capabilities.
• Design proof engagements such as ideation workshops, assessments and pilots.
• Help move opportunities to signed revenue alongside the sales and delivery teams.
• Support platform adoption and make sure solutions can scale.

Requirements

• You have five or more years in enterprise technology roles.
• You have worked in solution architecture, technical consulting or strategic pre-sales.
• You have a solid grasp of cloud modernization and of Data and AI use cases.
• You have led client workshops and executive conversations.
• You can explain technical solutions in terms of business outcomes.
• You have worked across several industries, including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Technology and Health Tech.
• You have experience shaping and selling AI, Data or modernization solutions through complex enterprise sales cycles.
• You have worked with AI accelerator platforms, reusable solution frameworks or platform-led consulting offerings.
• You have strong commercial judgment, covering pricing strategy, business case development and ROI-based positioning.
• You have turned assessments, workshops or pilots into larger delivery programs.
• You have worked across Sales, Delivery and Account teams in a matrixed consulting or technology services setting.
• The role carries a defined new-business revenue target, and you are expected to directly influence closed business each year.
• The company is currently prioritising candidates based in the EST time zone.
