Your future role within QRT:

Developing market data infrastructure and improving the performance and reliability of trading systems

Analysing system behaviour and identifying opportunities to improve latency, throughput, and resilience

Collaborating with traders to deliver technology that supports live trading and rapidly evolving market requirements

Your present skillset:

3+ years' experience developing high-performance applications in modern C++

Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and multithreaded programming

Experience developing software on Linux platforms

Solid understanding of low-latency systems and performance optimisation techniques

Interest in quantitative finance, electronic trading, or market making

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with researchers, traders, and engineers
