Responsibilities

• Support every part of the project so it can be finished successfully.
• Start the day on site with the crew and make sure they have what they need.
• Complete all project paperwork and record entries.
• Plan the coming days and weeks so the crew and project are set up to succeed.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents, keeping them informed through regular communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, plus 2+ years of related construction experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license for the vehicle types you may drive, and an acceptable driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfort working fast under tight deadlines.
• Interest in new challenges and changing technology.
• Enjoy working and communicating with teammates.
• Appreciate having your effort noticed and recognized.
• Industrial and civil background (preferred).

Conditions

Extensive travel of 80-90% is required.

Expected base salary range is $85,000 - $111,000 USD.

Final pay depends on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, and minimums and maximums may vary by location.
