This role is a starting point for learning substation work while building project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Help run projects by applying core project management methods for planning, organizing, and carrying out the work.
• Work with project teams and the Project Manager to keep scope, schedule, and budget on track.
• Gain hands-on experience with the work scopes specific to substations.

Requirements

• Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Organize your work well, manage your time, juggle several priorities, and hit deadlines.
• Communicate clearly in writing and speaking, and work effectively with project teams, field staff, and customers.
• Be willing to learn, take initiative, and take on new duties and technical challenges as the company grows.
• Be able to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments, including supporting work in the field.
• Job cost tracking and estimating software experience is a plus.

Conditions

The expected base salary is $78,000 - $101,000 USD, based on current market data. Minimum and maximum amounts may vary by location, and actual pay depends on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
