  • Build integrations with Integration Broker, Application Packages, Component Interfaces and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Run unit tests, investigate complex system defects and carry out technical fixes for large HCM modules.
  • Write and tune complex SQL and database objects so large data sets perform well.
  • Work within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and with technical leads to deliver on schedule and manage cutover and deployment.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a technically relevant field, or relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of PeopleSoft development experience and 10+ years of overall technical experience in system design and production support for large-scale applications.

  • Deep knowledge of core PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR and PS Query.
  • Strong skill in writing and tuning complex SQL queries.
  • Proven experience writing technical design specifications and test plans and performing unit testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and clear, concise written and verbal communication within team environments (IPTs).
  • Hands-on experience with modern PeopleSoft features: Fluid User Interface (UI), Page and Field Configurator and Approval Framework (AWE).
  • Desired: experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 in a large-scale enterprise or federal environment.
  • Desired: experience developing REST/JSON APIs and SOAP web services through Integration Broker for multi-system integrations.
  • Desired: prior experience supporting large-scale defense or public sector ERP implementations.
