Momentum Technical Developer

This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a government contract for a client in Arlington, VA. Requisition GH 1069.

Responsibilities

• Build, change and maintain custom Momentum functionality, including extensions, configurations and integrations with outside systems in both directions.
• Support Momentum financial system implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
• Develop and amend technical parts such as workflows, interfaces, batch jobs and system utilities.
• Produce technical designs, configuration records, installation scripts and deployment packages.
• Work with functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
• Build and tune database objects, queries and data structures for Momentum applications.
• Support data conversions, migrations and reconciliations.
• Create and maintain reports such as BI Publisher reports, extracts and dashboards.
• Run unit, integration and system tests, and assist with user acceptance testing.
• Diagnose and fix technical defects, performance problems and system errors, including production support.
• Move code through Dev, Test and Prod environments.
• Take part in release planning, deployments and post-implementation support.
• Write technical documentation and contribute to project status reports.

Requirements

• Hold an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Have 2+ years of Momentum technical development experience, including a solid grasp of the full Momentum technical stack.
• Know SDLC and technical delivery best practices well.
• Be strong at analysis, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Have development support experience in one or more of WebMethods, Java, C++, Jenkins, BIRT or similar tools.
• Have a proven record of managing your workload to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Be willing to obtain a CI polygraph if required.

Conditions

Full-time, on-site in Arlington, VA.

Salary range: $132,000 - $147,000 USD.

The range is a general guideline, not a guarantee; offers depend on factors including duties, education, experience, skills, internal equity, location, market data, any bargaining agreement and other law.
