The team is building an intelligent CRM layer where language models, automated workflows and structured business data work together to produce measurable results.

This role sits between AI development and Salesforce operations, turning natural language into business actions.

You will work on live production systems, not a test environment: connecting LLM pipelines to real CRM data, designing the reasoning behind those connections and building automations that scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and run multi-step AI flows that link LLM inference, CRM triggers, webhook events and data transforms across systems.
• Create and maintain full-stack connections between LLM APIs and Salesforce, feeding live CRM context into prompts and writing outputs back into SFDC objects and flows.
• Write prompt templates, few-shot setups and output checks so AI responses meet business-defined quality standards.
• Set up and operate LLM evaluation pipelines, using RAGAS, TruLens or similar tools, to measure results against real business outcomes.
• Work with Tableau and Salesforce stakeholders to present AI-driven insights in dashboards and reports.
• Turn model outputs into clear business signals that support revenue operations and pipeline visibility.

Requirements

• Required: Build end-to-end AI workflows across connected systems, triggering model calls, routing outputs and updating downstream platforms with no manual handoffs.
• Required: Connect LLM APIs directly to Salesforce objects and flows, pulling live CRM context into prompts and writing structured results back to SFDC.
• Required: Engineer prompts methodically and measure them, from few-shot design and output validation to RAG retrieval quality and evaluation tied to business goals.
• Required: Define entity types, relationships and semantic hierarchies so AI pipelines reason accurately over real-world information.
• Preferred: Experience with revenue operations, pipeline reporting or CRM-driven business processes.
• Preferred: Experience with Tableau or SFDC dashboards in a cross-functional analytics setting.
• Preferred: Ability to describe AI outputs in business terms such as lead conversion, churn reduction and process efficiency.
• Tools the team looks for: Python, SQL, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace), Salesforce (REST API, Flows, Objects), RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), ontology and semantic modeling (RDF, OWL, SKOS or equivalent), workflow orchestration (N8N, Airflow or equivalent), MLOps platforms (Shakudo, SageMaker or equivalent), Tableau, ETL and data pipeline tools, and Git.
• Strong candidates have built a chatbot or assistant that reads from and writes to a live data system.
• Strong candidates have designed a RAG pipeline with retrieval built around accounts, contacts and opportunities.
• Strong candidates have written evaluation code that checks relevance and business fit, not only accuracy.
• Strong candidates have modeled an information flow, even in a project, where entity relationships shaped how a system reasoned or retrieved.
• Demonstrated ability counts more than credentials, so show your reasoning through your work.

Conditions

Hybrid role based in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Holmdel, NJ or Verona, Italy offices.

Base salary range: $100,000 to $125,000 USD.
