Description

The company is a fintech, founded in 2009, that helps businesses trade and grow internationally. It has over 2000 staff in nearly 70 cities.

This is a graduate role in junior FX sales and business development, based in the Hamburg office.

The company's products include business accounts, hedging and financing, all on one platform with a smooth workflow.

You will learn the job through expert training, hands-on work and support from mentors, with a route into senior sales and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Find new business by reaching decision-makers in different industries.
  • Research prospects, learn what they need, and shape your pitch to introduce them to international payment and FX solutions.
  • Present your offer, negotiate and close deals, which directly affects your earnings and how quickly you progress.
  • Work with internal teams so that new clients are onboarded smoothly.

Requirements

  • You are a motivated, enthusiastic recent graduate.
  • You want to work in B2B sales or a client-facing role, or you already have experience in one.
  • No FX experience is needed, since potential matters more than your CV and the training covers what you need.
  • You speak German fluently and English at business level.
  • You are genuinely interested in financial markets and how global trade works.
  • You communicate well, build relationships easily, and are driven to meet ambitious targets.

Conditions

The role is office based in Hamburg, in a central office with good transport links.

The company is committed to inclusion and does not tolerate discrimination in any form.

Benefits

  • A competitive starting salary plus uncapped commission from your first day.
  • A structured training academy that builds both foundational knowledge and advanced sales skills.
  • Mentoring from experienced Heads of Desk and Account Managers.
  • Access to custom-built tools and systems that help you perform well.
  • A generous benefits package tailored to your location, typically including health care and social benefits.
  • A fast-track path to Head of Desk, where a typical promotion happens within your first 12 months, or a route to Client Portfolio Manager as a trusted FX adviser.
