This is a graduate Business Developer / FX Sales Associate role in the Auckland team. It is office based and suits someone who wants to build a sales career in international finance.

Your early calls will develop your sales skills and grow your network across international markets. You will work with financial products that help businesses trade globally, building industry knowledge that can lead to management roles.

Responsibilities

• Find new business by reaching decision-makers in a range of industries. Research each prospect, learn what they need, and shape your pitch to introduce them to international payment and FX solutions.
• Your skill at presenting, negotiating and closing deals will directly affect your earnings and how quickly you progress. You will also work with internal teams so new clients are onboarded smoothly.

Requirements

• A recent graduate who is enthusiastic and highly motivated.
• Experience in B2B sales or client-facing work, or a clear desire to start in it.
• No FX experience is needed. Potential counts for more than your CV, and training will cover what you need to know.
• Business-level English.
• A real interest in financial markets and how global trade works.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the drive to reach demanding targets.
