Azure DevOps Engineer

The company is looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to help design, build and evolve a cloud platform that is modern, secure and scalable. The role covers automation, continuous delivery and platform operations for a team that values quality and ongoing improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain secure cloud solutions that support several products and services.
• Define and provision infrastructure as code.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines so software is delivered quickly, reliably and securely.
• Automate deployment and configuration management using DevOps tools.
• Keep application performance, availability and security at a high standard.
• Design and implement observability, covering monitoring, logging, metrics collection and alerting.
• Work with development, infrastructure and operations teams to find and carry out technical improvements.
• Help define new solutions and ongoing optimisation work across products and platforms.

Requirements

• Solid experience with infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform, across public and private clouds.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, including GitLab and/or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of GitOps, preferably with ArgoCD.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or OpenStack.
• Experience running Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms such as AKS, EKS or OpenShift.
• Good knowledge of Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu), networking (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP), databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and observability tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Helm, Consul and Vault.
• Knowledge of microservices, containerisation and cloud-native or serverless architectures is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile teams, particularly Scrum.
• Fluent English is mandatory. French is a plus.
• Soft skills: high autonomy and accountability, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving, a proactive approach to continuous improvement, enthusiasm for automation and process optimisation, and clear collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work well in dynamic and technically demanding settings.

Conditions

Hybrid work: 50% onsite and 50% remote.
