Description

You will set and carry out a full technology vision for the revenue-generating employee experience, aiming for a cost-efficient, seamless setup where staff spend their time on customer conversations, digital touchpoints feel simple, and technology connects the two.

The role is a senior position within the revenue technology group. You will work with GTS and product stakeholders on the overall revenue technology strategy, the GTM tech stack roadmap, and technology spend.

Responsibilities

  • Align the GTM tech stack roadmap with business KPIs and manage technology costs, working with GTS and product stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of professionals by planning and reviewing their work and clearing obstacles so they can be productive.

  • Oversee every stage of the software development life cycle, from business case through evaluation, and remove blockers along the way.
  • Build processes that capture process improvement insights from the team.
  • Manage the architecture, development, and administration of the CRM/ERP bolt-on ecosystem: Marketo for marketing automation, LeanData / Plauti for record management and deduplication, Gong for revenue intelligence, Amazon Connect / Salesloft for contact center, and Gainsight for customer experience health.

Requirements

  • Be a forward-looking leader who puts the employee experience at the center of technology design and uses new tools to fix business problems, improve processes, and report metrics.
  • Be comfortable encouraging cross-functional teams and building a culture of ongoing innovation, both within your direct team and across the organization.
  • Handle tight deadlines, complexity, and competing priorities, and adjust course easily when considering alternatives.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Have eight or more years of relevant experience, gained through work, military service, specialized training, or a combination of these.
  • Have experience managing a team.
  • Have experience managing complex projects.
  • Have a proven record of designing and running an employee-centric GTM technology strategy.
  • Even better if you have: a degree.
  • Even better if you have: direct experience with revenue operations platforms such as Marketo, Gong, Ambition, Amazon Connect, Gainsight, or equivalents.
  • Even better if you have: knowledge of the software development process and experience working with business clients, interfacing organizations, and application development teams.
  • Even better if you have: experience using AI in the GTM motion to improve employee and customer experience.
  • Even better if you have: experience leading a virtual or distributed technology or development team.
