Associate Director Marketing - US Pediatric Vaccines Brand Strategy Lead

The US Pediatric Vaccines team is hiring a Brand Strategy Lead to own strategy for key brands.

The role works across Commercial, Sales, Medical, Market Research, Finance, Operations and Global teams, using customer insight, analytics and market trends to guide decisions and commercial initiatives.

Primary location is North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), Pennsylvania, USA. Travel requirement is 10%. Regular employee status, no relocation, no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and run brand and portfolio strategies.
• Turn customer, market and business insight into practical growth plans.
• Lead annual business planning, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Run integrated marketing and customer engagement programmes.
• Work with cross-functional partners to hit key business goals.
• Watch market trends, competitors and customer needs to spot opportunities and risks.
• Prepare recommendations and presentations for senior leadership.
• Manage agency partners, budgets and strategic projects to keep execution on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in marketing, sales, commercial strategy, market research, consulting or a related healthcare or pharmaceutical field.
• A record of building and executing brand strategies.
• Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills.
• A track record of influencing and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, prior vaccines experience, and understanding of US commercial and regulatory requirements.
• Skills: brand strategy, business growth strategies, creativity, cross-functional leadership, customer insights, digital marketing, market research, portfolio strategies, presentation delivery, product launches, product management, strategic planning.

Conditions

Salary range for the primary location: $142,400.00 to $224,100.00, set by factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, geography, government requirements and business needs.

Regular employee status. Travel requirement of 10%. No relocation support and no visa sponsorship.
