Description

The company runs the biggest worldwide network for made-to-order custom goods, including t-shirts, mugs, books and wall art. It helps ecommerce sellers share their designs globally while producing locally and sustainably, matching supply to demand to cut waste and emissions.

The company owns no factories. It builds the software that links more than 250 production partners across 32 countries, reaching five billion people within 72 hours.

Its SaaS platform automates procurement, workflows and logistics for print producers, helping them cut costs and scale.

The company began as a single ecommerce brand selling personalized photo products, cards and prints. That brand now operates in 20+ markets across Europe, North America and Australia.

The team manages multi-million-euro advertising budgets across many markets and channels and is rebuilding customer acquisition around AI. This is not a conventional performance marketing team, and it is growing.

As AI Marketing Specialist, you treat AI as the default working layer for media buying, analysis, creative production and competitor research, not an occasional add-on. You will work with engineering, creative and data teams and have direct access to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Run paid media across all major channels.
  • Plan, launch, optimize and scale campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads and new platforms, including AI-native ad placements as they mature.
  • Allocate and forecast budgets across 20+ markets, balancing growth against ROAS, CAC and contribution margin.
  • Own bidding, audience design, product feed quality and full-funnel campaign structure.
  • Build, test and maintain AI agents and workflows for routine media tasks such as negative keywords, search-term mining, budget pacing, anomaly detection and reporting.
  • Use LLMs and agentic tools, such as Claude, MCP integrations and platform ad APIs, to turn multi-day work into minutes.
  • Keep scouting and testing new AI tools for the marketing stack, favouring working prototypes over presentations.
  • Produce ad creative and copy at scale with generative AI, building repeatable pipelines that turn product and market inputs into on-brand static and video assets.
  • Run structured creative tests and feed the results back into generation.
  • Own tracking, including Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, server-side tagging and the data quality behind bidding algorithms.
  • Protect measurement and consent compliance across markets (Consent Mode, OneTrust / TCF), and resolve tracking issues end to end.
  • Turn Looker, GA4 and ad platform data into clear insight, letting AI handle the first pass of analysis.
  • Build dashboards and lightweight models for performance, incrementality and budget allocation.
  • Support organic search and Generative Engine Optimization so the brand is found wherever customers and AI assistants search.
  • Build automated monitoring of competitors across paid, organic and AI-surfaced channels, and act on what it shows.
  • Set up an experimentation framework and disciplined A/B testing across channels.
  • Work closely with engineering, creative and analytics teams.
  • Help shape and document the AI-first marketing playbook the wider team will adopt.

Requirements

  • Have 2, 4 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, analytics, consulting, or a quantitative or technical role working with data and measurable results.
  • Hold a master's degree, or equivalent ability, in mathematics, engineering, finance, statistics, computer science or a similar analytical field.
  • Use AI tools fluently every day, including LLMs and agents, and have a clear view of where they help and where they do not. You are comfortable prompting, chaining and automating.
  • Ideally, you can read or write some code (Python, SQL, JavaScript or scripting against APIs) to connect tools.
  • Ownership-driven and fast: you ship and iterate rather than wait for permission, and you welcome large budgets.
  • Numerate and commercially sharp, able to link a campaign decision to its P&L impact.
  • Communicate clearly in English, the company's working language.
  • Handle ambiguity and rapid change in a high-growth environment.
  • Bonus: hands-on experience with Meta or Google Ads and their APIs.
  • Bonus: familiarity with GTM, GA4, server-side tagging, BigQuery and Looker.
  • Bonus: experience building automations or agents with MCP, n8n, custom scripts or similar.
  • Bonus: ecommerce, marketplace or DTC background.
  • Bonus: additional European languages.

  • A steep learning curve alongside experienced operators, engineers and data specialists, with direct exposure to senior leadership.
