Description

The company is a global, science-led biopharmaceutical business focused on patients, with a goal of eliminating cancer as a cause of death.

Lung cancer is central to that goal, and the Immuno-Oncology portfolio is changing outcomes for people with resectable, unresectable and metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) across disease stages.

The team turns practice-changing data into real-world impact for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the execution lead for the Immuno-Oncology portfolio in lung cancer, turning brand strategy into HCP marketing programs across NSCLC indications that drive adoption and competitive strength.
  • Own the HCP marketing plan across NSCLC, building integrated tactics that support appropriate adoption across the lung cancer treatment continuum.
  • Develop and manage HCP campaigns built on customer insights, market dynamics and performance analytics, and optimise in-market activity based on results.
  • Monitor the fast-changing NSCLC landscape, including new data, approvals and competitor activity, and keep messaging and tactics differentiated.
  • Create programs for medical oncologists, thoracic surgeons, radiation oncologists and pulmonologists that support timely, coordinated treatment decisions.
  • Work with Medical Affairs, Sales, Insights & Analytics, Market Access and Training so marketing strategies are aligned, coordinated and effective.
  • Lead the cross-functional team and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify, evaluate and adopt new partnerships, technologies and omnichannel approaches that improve customer engagement, and find synergies across NSCLC indications and the wider IO portfolio to make better use of resources.
  • Ensure all marketing practices meet the company's standards and industry regulations while pushing for innovative, high-impact approaches.
  • Deliver measurable results in one of oncology's most competitive markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare, with an oncology focus.
  • Proven experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly in a dynamic, competitive environment.
  • Track record of leading without formal authority.
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style that drives team success.
  • Preferred: advanced degree (MBA or higher).
  • Preferred: lung cancer and/or immuno-oncology experience.
  • Preferred: digital marketing and omnichannel strategy experience.
  • Nice to have: launch or multi-indication brand experience.
