Responsibilities

  • Track payer policy changes and write regular updates and communications together with the market access analytics teams.
  • Follow account activation and launch-readiness metrics, pull together field feedback, and report regularly to commercial leadership and in executive business reviews.
  • Bring market access input into brand governance forums such as brand team meetings, annual strategy and planning, long-range planning and latest best estimate forecasting, so access realities shape strategic and financial choices.

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and run advisory boards that inform future brand and market access strategy.
  • Manage the budget and oversee vendors and agencies, including scope-of-work submissions and making the best use of available funds.
  • Work with market access analytics and research teams to build evidence, including market research, that supports future tactics.
  • Assess conference and congress opportunities to guide future brand presence and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree, showing business judgment, the ability to work through scientific information and financial analysis.
  • Show that you understand the clinical side of a pharmaceutical product and how it shapes marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Have 5-7 years of experience in marketing or market access.
  • Have prior experience supporting HCP-administered products.
  • Know the commercial and Medicare FFS sides of the medical benefit, including utilization management and reimbursement dynamics.
  • Oncology experience is strongly preferred but not required.
  • 3 years of US market access experience is preferred.
  • Pre-launch work and market access launch experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of financial planning and analysis is preferred.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
