This role sits in the International Marketing team and reports to the Director Brand team leader for Multiple Myeloma. You will help build and run marketing strategy and tactics at international, area and country-affiliate level.

  • Identify, analyze and translate product, brand, customer, patient and other relevant information to frame business problems and build effective marketing plans.
  • Direct research team work on primary research projects, and understand the healthcare environment in international markets, including payers, distribution channels and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze financial and market results to improve business plans, and help develop financial plans, including annual plans and long-range plans (LRP).
  • Monitor and lead international marketing programs and activities within budget, while understanding the core drivers of financial performance.
  • Develop marketing strategies that are impactful, executable, easy to communicate, and backed by clinical and financial evidence for your areas (product, indication or channel).

  • Strong business writing, oral communication and presentation development skills are required.
  • Excellent social skills, with a focus on leadership, relationship building and influence.
  • Careful attention to detail, ensuring communications are accurate.
  • Skilled in planning, project management, time management, communication, decision-making and organizational relations.
  • Get results through people in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to engage and motivate Area and Affiliate Brand Team leaders.
  • Proven expertise in change management and culture change is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel at least 15%.
