The company designs, builds, manages and modernizes mission-critical technology systems that organizations rely on every day.
The Consult unit of the company leads enterprise AI transformation work for global organizations. Teams work closely with clients to turn complex business problems into production-ready software, and they move quickly to do it.
Responsibilities
Act as the lead technical person on high-impact AI engagements, the one clients request by name, and shape modern architecture for their systems.
Work in a fast-moving, highly autonomous environment where you own real results in production, including modern frontends, backend data pipelines, and multi-agent workflows.
Split your time between hands-on building with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLM API performance, and deployment to major cloud providers, and advising clients so each solution delivers measurable business value.
This role is on-site in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Full-stack architecture and rapid prototyping:
Build and scale responsive frontends in React, Angular, or Vue that handle dynamic generative UI and real-time streaming output.
Develop backend APIs, microservices, and data pipelines in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Node.js that connect enterprise systems to advanced language models.
Tune application performance, query execution, and rendering speed to keep distributed systems reliable and low-latency.
Agentic AI and knowledge systems integration:
Design, build, and deploy multi-agent orchestration frameworks, such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI, where agents communicate, self-correct, and run complex enterprise workflows.
Configure and optimize RAG architectures and vector engines across structured and unstructured data sources.
Solve LLM deployment problems, including API call optimization, token latency, prompt routing, context window limits, and cost.
Apply system-level security and performance practices to scalable AI platforms.
Client co-creation and technical ownership:
Work alongside enterprise client teams to turn unclear business requirements into scalable, high-impact technical architectures.
Work with senior stakeholders to prioritize long-term technical value and solution integrity over quick fixes.
Own technical delivery from initial scoping through deployment, driving user adoption and operational results.
Platform contribution and operational excellence:
Record deployment lessons and document architecture best practices to improve the company's core platforms.
Work with lab engineering leads daily to refine physical deployment pipelines and shared frameworks.
Share code, knowledge, and insights openly across Slack, Teams, and cross-functional stand-ups.
Requirements
You have strong technical depth and a growth mindset, and you keep learning emerging technologies.
You put client success first when co-building custom AI solutions face-to-face with enterprise teams.
You work openly and inclusively in a flat, collaborative team, sharing learning across the Frisco Lab and global digital channels.
4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript backend skills.
Production experience building, designing, and deploying applications with frameworks and orchestrators such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Experience designing and maintaining React, Angular, or Vue frontends, especially for streaming data or real-time query responses.
Practical experience deploying RAG pipelines and vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, or Chroma.
Experience deploying containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes to AWS, Azure, or GCP, and in distributed computing architectures.
Strong SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL skills, plus working knowledge of data engineering tools such as Pandas and Spark.
Deep familiarity with Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and current software delivery practices.
Preferred: experience with LLM infrastructure tools such as LiteLLM gateways, prompt tracing platforms like Langfuse, or workflow managers like Temporal.
Preferred: familiarity with open-source AI ecosystems such as Hugging Face, agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or Semantic Kernel, system prompt tuning, model fine-tuning, and vector search caching such as Redis.
Preferred: experience with messaging queues or streaming platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Preferred: strong business acumen, able to turn complex requirements into scalable AI solutions and explain their value to executives.
Preferred: willingness to travel and work on customer premises as needed.
Preferred: active professional certifications from major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) or AI-specific development paths.
Preferred: a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Informatics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
