Description

The company builds AI agents that find and fix serious software vulnerabilities, including zero-days, across large customer codebases and popular open source projects.

The founding team has backgrounds in data, infrastructure, security and LLMs, with technical leaders who previously worked at DeepMind, Databricks, Square and Faire.

This role sits where AI, security and infrastructure meet. You will help enterprise customers deploy and run the product in their own environments, working with their security, infrastructure and cloud teams from first discovery call through production readiness.

Each environment has its own infrastructure, security and operational constraints. You will work through them with customers, and with the engineering team to build the integrations and features they need.

You will also feed what you learn in the field back into the product so it is easier to deploy, operate and scale across varied enterprise setups.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise deployments end to end: architecture, planning, installation, troubleshooting, upgrades and handoff to operations.
  • Work directly with customer security, infrastructure and cloud teams to learn their environments and set a clear route to production.
  • Solve deployment problems involving cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, identity and access management, and application configuration.
  • Write code that unblocks deployments, builds integrations and delivers new product capabilities.
  • Build tooling and automation for onboarding, deployment validation, upgrades and day-to-day operations.
  • Turn repeated customer needs into reusable platform improvements with the infrastructure, product and security engineers.
  • Explain technical tradeoffs, dependencies and progress clearly so customer and internal teams stay aligned.
  • Travel to customer sites when needed to support deployments.

Requirements

  • Experience building and running production systems as an infrastructure engineer, platform engineer, SRE or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes, including deploying, debugging and operating applications in production.
  • A solid grasp of networking and cloud security basics: private connectivity, DNS, TLS, IAM and access controls.
  • Ability to trace problems across infrastructure and application layers, find root causes and implement fixes.
  • Proficiency in Go or Python, with experience shipping production code and automation.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines and observability.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with customers. You can get up to speed on unfamiliar environments, explain technical decisions and coordinate across teams.
  • Good ownership and judgment when requirements are unclear or a deployment does not match an existing playbook.
  • Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate there.
  • Bonus, optional: experience running technical engagements with large enterprise customers as an FDE, SRE, platform engineer or solutions engineer.
  • Bonus, optional: deep experience with AWS and EKS, Helm, and Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Bonus, optional: experience with more than one cloud provider.
  • Bonus, optional: experience deploying enterprise software into environments with strict networking, access and security requirements.
  • Bonus, optional: experience supporting varied customer architectures and integrating software with existing infrastructure and operational tooling.
  • Bonus, optional: experience with AI platforms or security products.
