Associate Director, Data Program Management

Description

In this role you will give strategic leadership to managers and senior professionals across several departments and be accountable for the performance and results of your areas.

You will sit in the Project and Program Management non-technology job family at a software company that is part of a global technology group.

The company makes software for environmental, health and safety, risk and compliance management. Its clients are often multinational firms that face health and safety risks.

You will work at the core of the data transformation effort, building an intelligence layer that makes complex data easy to access and act on. Your work will shape decisions across the business and help drive strategic outcomes at every level.

Responsibilities

• Give leadership and guidance to managers and senior professionals.
• Oversee several related departments or project areas.
• Keep projects aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and coordinate large projects with many moving parts.
• Design and roll out strategic project management frameworks.
• Direct resource and budget allocation across departments.
• Set up risk management protocols and procedures.
• Track project performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Build collaboration and communication between departments.
• Report project and department results to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, data science or a related engineering field.
• Have approximately 8 years of relevant experience.
• Have a deep understanding of business metrics, from RevOps metrics to customer success and retention metrics.
• Bring strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Speak fluent English.

Conditions

Based in Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands, or Bois-Colombes, Paris, France.

Hybrid work with 2 days a week in the office.

You may be required to attend an onsite interview at a company office.
