Arquitecto Devops/SDLC - Github Actions

Description

This DevOps role centres on automation and ongoing process improvement in an agile, fast-moving team.

The skills below describe what a DevOps platform engineer uses day to day. Not all of them are required.

Responsibilities

• Work in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban, applying a DevOps approach.
• Automate the full software life cycle across enterprise-scale solutions.
• Build and run cloud infrastructure and platforms.
• Install, configure and operate container platforms at scale.

Requirements

• Hold an IT-related degree, such as computer engineering, mathematics, physics or telecommunications.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Have working knowledge of GitHub Actions, which is mandatory.
• Know Python.
• Be familiar with development tools such as Git, any IDE, Apache Maven, Gulp, Webpack, Parcel, npm, JUnit, Mocha, Selenium, Protractor, Appium, Cucumber, Jasmine, SonarQube, FindBugs/SpotBugs and ESLint, among others.
• Have used CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Bamboo or Spinnaker, among others.
• Have used lifecycle tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab or GitHub, among others.
• Have used monitoring tools such as ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios or Sensu, among others.
• Have used application infrastructure such as Nginx, Apache HTTPD, Apache Tomcat or Apache Karaf, among others.
• Have worked with data stores and messaging such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, SQLite, Apache Kafka, Cassandra or Hadoop, among others.
• Have worked with containers such as Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, JenkinsX, OpenShift or Cloud Foundry, among others.
• Have worked with cloud infrastructure such as VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud, among others.
• Have worked with managed cloud services such as AWS EKS, ECS and Fargate, Google GKE, or Azure AKS and ARO, among others.
• Optional, not all required: agile experience with Scrum or Kanban and a DevOps mindset.
• Optional, not all required: experience with full-stack enterprise scalable solutions, including life-cycle automation.
• Optional, not all required: experience with cloud infrastructure and platforms.
• Optional, not all required: experience with container platforms, including installation, configuration and operations at scale.
• English is nice to have, not required.

Conditions

This is a permanent contract with a competitive salary.

Working hours are flexible, with intensive workdays for two and a half months in summer.
