Description

Founded in 2004, the company designs, builds and runs custom in-house agencies and marketing setups for brands. It works with more than 300 clients in over 40 countries.

The company is part of The Brandtech Group and uses AI tools in how it produces and delivers work, aiming for efficiency, fresh ideas and better decisions.

The company has set science-based targets to cut emissions and builds sustainability into each department and every project stage.

The client is a beauty brand owner, and the team is helping it grow its presence on Amazon in Germany amid strong e-commerce competition. Success means content compliance, full catalogue coverage and strong marketplace performance that meets Amazon standards and the client's brand expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Run Amazon content work for the client's German market, keeping every product listing compliant, accurate and competitive.
  • Build and update product catalogues so listings are complete, correct and follow Amazon rules.
  • Set up and maintain A+ Content and Brand Stores that present the brand well and encourage shoppers to engage.
  • Track Amazon compliance rules and make the changes needed to keep listings eligible and accurate.
  • Handle a large volume of adaptation and content projects from brief to delivery, meeting strict SLAs and quality standards.
  • Gather product details, clinical data, claims and usage instructions from the client's brand teams.
  • Coordinate several projects across the client's beauty brands so they match brand guidelines, goals and quality bars.
  • Check quality and compliance at every stage, from briefing through execution to delivery.
  • Support the creative team and work with cross-functional colleagues to deliver all content assets on time.
  • Use content management and syndication tools to simplify workflows and raise efficiency.
  • Keep up with industry trends, e-commerce best practice, and new tools and technology.

Requirements

  • Five to ten years of mid-level Content Manager experience, with a solid record in e-commerce content and hands-on work on Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Proven experience as a Content Manager, ideally at an agency or in a fast-moving client services setting, preferably for beauty, FMCG or consumer brands.
  • Strong skills in Amazon catalogue management, ASIN creation workflows and Amazon compliance rules.
  • Advanced ability in content optimisation, A+ Content development and Brand Store management.
  • Strong project management, with the ability to juggle several workstreams and competing priorities at once.
  • Experience running complex content operations without losing quality or accuracy.
  • Ability to work well with client teams and deliver in line with set brand guidelines and requirements.
  • Knowledge of European market regulations and localisation needs, especially in beauty or consumer goods.
  • Very high attention to detail and a firm commitment to accuracy in all content and projects.
  • Experience with beauty products or brands is preferred.
  • Experience using syndication platforms to distribute product content to online retailers, particularly Salsify, is preferred.
  • Formal degrees are welcome but not required; equivalent experience is valued, whether gained through work, education, volunteering or self-directed learning.

Conditions

18-month fixed-term contract, with a possible extension.

German and English both required.

Onsite role.

The recruitment process does not use AI for candidate selection or screening; AI supports efficiency and consistency only. The company is committed to a fair and equitable process for every candidate.
