Description

Help shape the passenger experience at airports, working on the interfaces travelers use between check-in kiosks and boarding gates.

The role serves millions of passengers worldwide and sits within a global team that brings design, technology and innovation together.

AI is part of your daily toolkit. You use it as a partner to speed up prototyping, idea generation and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Design user experiences for passenger-facing airport products, including kiosks, boarding systems and self-service touchpoints.
  • Apply AI tools, agents and automated workflows to improve productivity, prototyping and concept exploration in the UX process.
  • Run user research, interviews and journey mapping so designs meet the needs of travelers, the business and the technology.
  • Build low- and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and other AI-assisted design platforms.
  • Work alongside product managers, UX and 3D designers, R&D engineers and AI specialists across the whole design lifecycle.
  • Document workflows, principles and best practices for AI-assisted UX, and share them with design teams worldwide.
  • Present concepts and findings clearly, using storytelling and visual communication.
  • Keep up with new AI design tools, trends and workflows that improve efficiency and creative exploration.
  • Take part in cross-functional workshops and ideation sessions focused on the passenger experience.

Requirements

  • Typically 6 years of UX experience, with a solid grounding in user-centered design and complex digital interfaces.
  • Skilled in research, prototyping, usability testing and design documentation in Figma or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools or agents to speed up creative work, automate tasks or test design options.
  • Proactive and curious about bringing AI into design processes in an ethical and meaningful way.
  • Strong storytelling and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain ideas across technical and design teams.
  • Comfortable in changing, multidisciplinary and global settings.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages are an advantage.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for research, testing and collaboration at airports or innovation centers.

Conditions

Hybrid working, with the mix of office and remote time adapted to what works best for you.

Benefits

  • A global organization, with a worldwide footprint, processes and culture.
  • Learning on the job, through formal training and everyday work with colleagues.
  • A caring environment that supports both career growth and personal and family life.
  • A diverse, inclusive community whose range of backgrounds drives innovation, creativity and collaboration.
  • A company built on trust and reliability in its work with customers, partners and employees.
  • Work on a critical mission that helps shape how the world travels next.
