AI Tech Lead – Planning

This role sits where AI, digital transformation and supply chain planning meet. You will be the lead architect for AI-enabled planning across the global organisation, using Kinaxis Maestro and advanced AI features to sharpen decisions, respond faster to change and support business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled supply chain planning solutions on Kinaxis Maestro.
• Own the solution architecture for advanced forecasting, smart planning workbooks, autonomous agents and agent orchestration.
• Work with business leaders and planning teams to find AI use cases and turn them into scalable solutions and planning frameworks.
• Run the full solution lifecycle: design, configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Define the data architecture and integration needs that advanced planning and AI-driven features depend on.
• Advise business and IT stakeholders as the planning transformation moves forward.
• Run workshops and build working relationships across planning, data and leadership teams to drive adoption and value.
• Set best practices and governance standards, and coach colleagues on AI and Kinaxis planning.

Requirements

• 12+ years in supply chain planning, with deep knowledge of demand, supply, inventory, production and materials planning, and S&OP or IBP processes.
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on Kinaxis Maestro or RapidResponse work, including several end-to-end implementations.
• Advanced Kinaxis configuration skills across models, scenarios, analytics, dashboards, scorecards, widgets and control sets.
• A track record of building and rolling out innovative AI, advanced analytics and agentic planning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership, with the ability to influence at every level.
• Preferred: Kinaxis certification as Author, Contributor or Architect.

Poland candidates: anticipated gross annual base pay of 251 000 to 376 250 PLN. The final offer depends on skills, qualifications, experience, role scope, location and internal equity, and is set using gender-neutral criteria in line with pay transparency laws. The role is mapped to a defined pay band.
