Description

Based in Budapest, working with UK teams from Hungary.

The company is a growth invention firm that helps ambitious brands grow faster, working across technology and marketing. Its 4,000+ specialists cover Brand & Media, Experience, Commerce, CRM, and Technology & Data. It is 50|50 tech and marketing, partner-led, and first to move. Clients include Google, Lufthansa, Meta, eBay, and OpenAI. It has been a certified B Corp and Climate Neutral since 2021.

You will sit in the Marketing & Technology service and work with UK clients and teams, combining data, technology, creative and paid media. Work covers social, influencer, TTL ad campaigns, augmented reality, AI and innovation. Clients include eBay, easyJet, OpenAI and Google.

This creative role is split in two: delivering AI-led creative on live client projects, and building the tools and workflows that speed up the wider agency. Projects range from quick BAU responses and in-person creative sprints to full campaign productions across global markets, and generative AI features in most of them.

The role is hands-on and open to all experience levels. Judgement about when and how to use these tools matters most. How much you lead or guide others depends on your experience. You will work day to day with creative directors, account teams and UK clients, mostly remotely, and join creative sprints and workshops in person where possible.

Responsibilities

  • Turn creative briefs into AI-generated and AI-enhanced images, video and motion for social, paid, digital and campaign work.
  • Write and refine prompts and workflows across image and video tools, and keep a per-client record of what works.
  • Finish AI output in Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro so it blends with photography, design and live action.
  • Keep brands and characters consistent across generated assets using references, style guides and custom models.
  • Produce quick concepts, styleframes and visual explorations so teams can pitch and iterate faster.
  • Create repeatable AI workflows, prompt frameworks and best-practice documentation for the team.
  • Find repetitive manual steps in designers' work and build Adobe and Figma scripts, plugins, node-based pipelines and small browser utilities to remove them.
  • Build and maintain internal tools with their users, improving them based on real feedback.
  • Advise creative directors and account teams on AI: what is possible, what it costs in time and risk, and how to pitch it.
  • Take responsibility for responsible AI use on your work, including client tool guidelines, data handling, IP and likeness, disclosure labelling and provenance metadata.
  • Work with producers to scope AI-led deliverables accurately and flag when AI is the wrong route.
  • Share what you build and learn through show-and-tells and training sessions.
  • Present work internally and externally to a high standard.
  • Test new tools and models on real briefs and recommend which ones to adopt.

Requirements

  • A portfolio of AI-generated or AI-enhanced work finished to a professional standard, from client, agency or personal projects.
  • Solid design fundamentals: composition, typography, colour, and a sense of what looks right on screen.
  • Hands-on experience building work in node-based AI workflows such as Figma Weave, ComfyUI or Flora, chaining models like Flux, Veo, Kling and Sora with editing steps. You should know how to pick the right model and route for a job.
  • Strong Photoshop skills, plus working knowledge of After Effects and/or Premiere Pro to finish output.
  • Some scripting or automation ability (for example Python, JavaScript, ExtendScript, Figma plugins or ComfyUI) used to speed up creative work.
  • A habit of spotting inefficiency in a workflow and fixing it properly.
  • Knowledge of how social, paid and digital assets are specced and delivered, including formats, safe zones, aspect ratios and versioning.
  • Awareness of the ethical, legal and brand-safety issues around generative AI in commercial work.
  • Fluent English, and confidence explaining your process to creative directors, account teams and clients.
  • A willingness to share knowledge and help others get better with these tools.
  • Curiosity and self-direction when a tool or workflow does not exist yet.
  • Nice to have: motion, 3D or VFX background, custom model training, LLM APIs and agentic tooling, content provenance standards.
