As a Solution Consultant you will work out what clients are struggling with, propose fitting solutions and make sure they are implemented smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to grasp client requirements and business goals.
• Analyse client needs and pain points in depth, then design solutions tailored to them.
• Build presentations, proposals and demos that show clients the value of the solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, giving clients insights, best practices and recommendations.
• Run product demonstrations and answer client questions and concerns clearly.
• Coordinate with product development, project management and other teams so implementations run smoothly.
• Support clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Keep up with industry trends, new technologies and best practices to sharpen your own expertise.
• Help grow the Solution Consulting team by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues and collaborating.

Requirements

• Experience using AI in work processes, decision-making or problem-solving, or thinking critically about how it could be applied. This can include AI tools, workflow automation, analysing AI-driven insights or assessing AI's impact on your function or industry.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in solution consulting, technical sales or a related role.
• A proven record of analysing complex business requirements and designing creative solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt your message to different stakeholders.
• A track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing several projects at once.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic, creative approach to thinking.
• Experience working with the Federal Government, the public sector, defence or intelligence.
• Baseline security clearance or higher is preferred.
