The role is a senior presales position on the sales team for the company's source-to-pay solution, with a focus on finance and supply chain.

The company is signing new source-to-pay customers quickly and is looking for people who like owning results and tackling the next hard problem.

You will shape sales strategy, uncover customer challenges and pains, and build messages that show specific, differentiated value.

Strong communication, the ability to learn fast, and a start-up mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead by setting strategies and approaches that build credibility for the company's source-to-pay solution.
• Write persuasive, credible conversations that raise the profile of the technology in the market.
• Help build programs that let sales colleagues explain the value of source-to-pay on the platform.
• Become a recognised domain and solution expert for both internal enablement and customer engagement.
• Broaden your expertise as the company develops its source-to-pay and finance solutions.
• Work with product management to add features that anticipate customer needs.
• Share best practices and proven solutions with colleagues to raise team quality and efficiency.
• Track competitive analyses and trends affecting procurement and finance services.
• Communicate with both business and technical decision makers.

Requirements

• Experience applying AI to work processes, decisions, or problem-solving, or critically assessing its potential impact on your function or industry. This can include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, interpreting AI-driven insights, or exploring how AI could change the field.
• A complete and thorough grasp of the needs and challenges facing procurement and supplier organisations today.
• 6+ years of solution consulting experience with procurement and supplier solutions.
• 4+ years working with procurement or supplier management systems.
• A proven record in presales, with clear and memorable communication of relevant value.
• Enthusiasm for promoting the company's capabilities across internal communication channels.
• The ability to build credibility with executives, business decision makers, and technical influencers.
• You work well independently and can complete tasks and projects with little supervision.
• Ideally, proficiency with the company platform, or current and past technical expertise in web technology and a willingness to learn new technology.
• Experience working closely with product management, product marketing, and product development.
• The ability to explain the company's value proposition and key differentiators to prospects.
• A high level of passion, energy, and drive, and a willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% regional travel).
• Creative, flexible problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.
