The company provides a platform for putting enterprise AI to work on business processes. Its core is a context model that combines process data, business knowledge and intelligence into a digital twin of the enterprise, so AI tools can see how work actually runs.
The platform is used by large companies worldwide and by a partner ecosystem. The company is headquartered in Munich, Germany and New York City, USA, with more than 20 offices worldwide.
Before applying, you can watch an introductory video on the Process Intelligence Platform.
The company wants its people to bring different perspectives and to feel heard, believing that is where creativity and innovation come from.
Applications are handled under the company's accessibility and candidate notices.
A matching tool that scores resumes against job descriptions supports parts of the hiring process. Hiring managers and the talent acquisition team make all final decisions, and the tool is limited to information in your resume or candidate profile.
Watch for job scams and impersonators posing as the company.
Responsibilities
Make sure customer data reaches the platform reliably, securely and at scale, and that insights and actions flow back into the systems where work happens.
Join customer project teams as a technical lead, working hands-on with the full integration toolkit.
Install, configure and troubleshoot standard extractors for SAP (ECC and S/4HANA), JDBC databases and cloud applications such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
Design custom connectors with the Extractor Builder for REST or SOAP sources, covering authentication (OAuth 2.0, API keys, certificates), pagination, rate limits and delta loads.
Help customers build push-based ingestion scripts and pipelines, usually in Python, using the Data Ingestion API, and advise on file formats, scheduling and error handling.
Set up zero-copy data sharing with lakehouses such as Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, including Delta Sharing, access controls and data freshness.
Resolve infrastructure issues with customer IT teams, including on-premise agents, networking, proxies, firewalls, IP allowlisting, certificates and service-account permissions.
Tune extraction schedules and delta strategies, monitor pipeline health and fix data load failures.
Configure Action Flows and other patterns that write results back to customer systems such as SAP, Salesforce or ticketing tools.
Help customers connect the platform to their LLMs and AI agents through MCP, including authentication, permissions and governance.
Configure SSO (SAML, OIDC) with identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Ping, and set up SCIM user and group provisioning.
Support customer security, privacy and compliance reviews, explain the architecture and data flows, and advise on data minimization, pseudonymization and least-privilege access.
Run technical discovery, document integration architectures and requirements, and estimate effort before projects start.
Act as the technical contact for customer IT, data and security stakeholders, working with Value Engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, Partners, Support and Product & Engineering.
Escalate product gaps and bugs with clear, reproducible detail, and pass field feedback into the integration roadmap.
Create reusable connector templates, scripts, runbooks and best-practice documentation for customers and partners.
