Responsibilities

  • Give production support to your account team by running and formatting performance reports, carrying out account tasks and optimizations, and building and uploading campaigns.
  • Take notes in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Manage 2-3 accounts as you progress, learning the company's paid search best practices along the way.

  • Write reports that spot performance trends and explain past results clearly.
  • Understand smart bidding versus manual bidding and the reasoning behind bid adjustments.
  • Monitor performance daily to know when action is needed. Use Qontrol to find accounts that need attention and investigate execution problems.
  • Update, monitor, and communicate budget pacing to the team, and flag any pacing more than 15% above or below target.
  • Suggest the best way to build campaigns, including theme, search keywords, parameters, settings, and ads.
  • Create, pull, and QA pixels, tracking, remarketing, and lists.
  • Delegate production tasks to nearshore or other internal team members when suitable.
