The role is for a senior Windchill PLM solution architect who will shape how the company's engineering, manufacturing, quality and service teams work with product data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution architecture and implementation programs.
• Set PLM roadmaps and transformation strategies that support business goals.
• Collect and analyze requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality and service teams.
• Design scalable, secure Windchill solution architectures.
• Define data models, product structures, workflows, lifecycle states and governance processes.
• Lead solution design across product data management, change management, configuration management, document management, BOM management and manufacturing process management.
• Architect Windchill integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, CAD, ALM and CRM platforms.
• Advise on data migration, system upgrades and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Run technical and functional workshops with business stakeholders.
• Create PLM governance, standards and best practices.
• Review technical designs against enterprise architecture standards.
• Support pre-sales work, including solution estimates and proposals.
• Mentor solution architects and technical leads.

Requirements

• 16-18 years of experience in PLM, enterprise solution architecture and large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in PTC Windchill.
