Description

The company builds full-stack AI, from frontier models and developer tools to applications and compute.

It works with enterprises in finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that those clients can run on their own terms.

The team is spread across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior external technical voice, advising boards, CIOs and CTOs at strategic accounts as a peer on their AI strategy.
• Represent the company at major industry events through keynotes, panels and roundtables, and build a public profile that draws inbound interest from enterprise executives and the wider AI community.
• Publish articles, whitepapers and analysis on where enterprise AI is heading, reflecting your own view.
• Brief Gartner and Forrester on the company's roadmap and market position, and track frontier research for use in customer conversations.
• Run the Executive Briefing Center with the regional VP, a selective program for C-level stakeholders at strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and VP Engineering in your territory.
• Work with regional sales leadership and feed governance and deployment patterns from executive conversations back to the teams building the models.
• Success is judged by relationships built, content published and executive conversations that lead somewhere.

Requirements

• A public track record in AI, such as published papers, articles or talks that set out a clear, defensible position that stands up next to the company's technical reputation.
• A stated view on open-weight models and what they mean for enterprises adopting them, consistent with the company's own position.
• Fluency in European data sovereignty and on-premise deployment, enough to hold your own with a CTO or VP Engineering who asks hard questions.
• Ability to discuss technical architecture and business strategy with C-level stakeholders across several verticals in the same conversation.
• Working knowledge across financial services, manufacturing, defense and energy, without needing to be a specialist in any one of them.
• 10-25 years in enterprise technology, in roles such as Field CTO, Principal Architect or VP Engineering at a major cloud or AI company, or as a founder who built technical credibility and executive relationships through their own company.
• Prior Field CTO or an equivalent externally facing technical role at a major cloud or AI company.
• An existing network of CTO and CIO relationships at enterprise accounts in your region.
• Fluency in several languages spoken across your region.
• Travel of 30-50% depending on your region.
