WEBCON Developer

Description

You will join the WEBCON practice, a group of developers, analysts and consultants who automate business processes for clients in financial services, technology and manufacturing.

The work is part of one client engagement, building and maintaining WEBCON BPS applications that handle their document, approval and back-office processes.

The company develops solutions for organisations around the world.

Responsibilities

• Build WEBCON BPS applications in Designer Studio, covering processes, forms, business rules, task assignments and reports.
• Write custom T-SQL and JavaScript logic for cases where standard configuration falls short.
• Connect WEBCON to the client's ERP, DMS, Active Directory, e-mail and external APIs using REST or SOAP.
• Review change requests and incidents against the project documentation and propose practical fixes.
• Keep production applications stable by troubleshooting faults and fixing performance issues.
• Write technical documentation and help run user acceptance testing.
• Work with business analysts and client stakeholders to clarify process requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial experience developing applications on WEBCON BPS.
• Hands-on command of WEBCON Designer Studio: process modelling, form configuration, business rules, reports and dashboards.
• Working knowledge of T-SQL on Microsoft SQL Server, including queries, views and stored procedures.
• JavaScript, HTML and CSS at a level sufficient to customise forms.
• Experience integrating WEBCON with other systems over REST or SOAP.
• Ability to analyse a task alone, check it against documentation and deliver it end to end.
• Communicative English for documentation and for working with international colleagues.
• Additional skill: experience with the WEBCON BPS SDK, including C,.NET plugins and custom actions.
• Additional skill: knowledge of Camunda or another BPMN-based process engine.
• Additional skill: experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 integrations, including Power Automate.
• Additional skill: familiarity with BPMN notation and process analysis.
• Additional skill: experience delivering for financial services or manufacturing clients with formal compliance requirements.
