Engage deeply in key functions when needed while keeping enterprise-wide coordination across affected groups.
Align Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR and other groups as requirements change.
Write project charters, integrated schedules, financial models and risk plans, and set up governance and executive reviews.
Adjust scope, schedule, resource allocation and capital spending, and keep every workstream accountable for milestones.
Build mitigation plans for schedule, material, supplier, capacity and execution risk, lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, and keep change control disciplined in every phase.
Manage capital and operating investment budgets running into the millions, track spending, forecasts, variances and return on investment, and work with Finance on models and investment decisions.
Oversee commissioning, validation, startup and production ramp-up, including readiness for training, quality, maintenance, supply chain and operations, and deliver launch plans that meet growth goals without breaking customer commitments.
