Title: VP, Group Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide solutions to brand roadblocks and present solutions to the larger team and clients when necessary.

Proactively partner with other disciplines and provide suggestions that impact agency policy and operations; improve processes; maintain agency-wide best practices.

Partner with other department heads and lead agency-wide trainings.

Continually improve processes and relationships with all departments.

Support the VP in developing, vetting, and implementing process and training initiatives for department staff.

Actively and continuously connect agency initiatives and processes to your teams and brands.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills and presence across the PM department, brand, and agency.

Think beyond the individual brands you support and consider how agency initiatives impact day-to-day operations.

Ensure agency processes are accurately and consistently followed.

Understand when to make decisions independently and when to escalate issues/decisions to the manager.

Anticipate problems and obstacles on the team, brand, or with the client and lead people to solutions.

Review and approve brand project briefs.

Ensure new business wins are effectively set up across platforms and systems

Manage coverage calendar.

Maintain agency launch calendar.

Other duties as assigned.

Management Responsibilities:

May directly manage 2-4 project management team members, including:

oTrain, coach, and manage direct reports to ensure consistent, positive growth through clear, actionable, and direct training, feedback, and reinforcement.
