Video Editor (Maternity Cover)

Description

The role is a six-month maternity cover starting in December, on the in-house creative team at the company's Global HQ in Hellerup.

You will report directly to the Head of Design & Production. The job is mainly video production and editing, with photography as a smaller part.

The company has 2,500 staff across 11 countries. Major campaign video shoots and still photography are handled by external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and shoot small productions, such as financial-analysis talking heads and expert interviews, handling cameras, lighting and sound recording.
• Turn in-house footage and agency campaign material into social media content, shaping the story, pacing and visual flow until the final cut.
• Carry out post-production: colour correction and grading, sound editing and mixing, motion graphics, visual effects and subtitles.
• Cut agency campaign footage into shorter and localised versions, adjusting aspect ratios, subtitles, graphics and audio for each channel and market.
• Work with creative, marketing and compliance colleagues, act on their feedback, and keep the brand consistent and the production quality high.
• Manage footage, project files, version control and final exports so they meet technical specifications and deadlines.
• Photograph employees and internal events, selecting and retouching the images.
• Coordinate with agencies when they shoot major campaign stills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video production and editing, ideally at a creative agency, production company or in-house team.
• A strong portfolio showing storytelling, filming, editing and polished post-production for commercial and social content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.
• Hands-on experience filming small productions, including talking heads: camera operation, lighting, sound, colour grading, audio finishing and export workflows.
• Ability to produce video from in-house resources and agency footage, plus photography skills for employee portraits and events, including Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Strong collaboration skills, fluent English, and the ability to juggle several deadlines on your own.
